Group Food & Beverage Director
We are currently recruiting for a Fantastic opportunity to lead Food & Beverage operations in a rapidly expanding Hotel group.
The Ideal candidate is innovative, pioneering and commercially focused.
Key areas of Focus
- Create and execute the F&B Operations business plan, setting financial targets, business volume goals, alongside customer and team member experience objectives.
- Analyse departmental outcomes, including sales, costs, profit margins, and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with the F&B management team to refine performance.
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to innovate F&B concepts, menus, products, and promotions that not only boost revenue but also enhance profit margins.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, visually appealing F&B options that cater to guests’ preferences and trends, including an engaging social media presence.
- Actively review and respond to guest feedback, swiftly addressing complaints to boost guest loyalty.
- Develop a strategic F&B workforce plan, aligning current and future staffing needs with business forecasts, budget considerations, and HR policies.
- Stay abreast of the latest F&B trends, market movements, ingredients, competitors, and suppliers to drive innovation and ensure competitive edge.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in person and across various platforms, from internal team briefings to public representations of our brand.
- A guest-centric approach, consistently upholding high standards of service and quality to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
