Head Chef- Restaurant- Dublin North- €60K

Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking a Head Chef to lead the team in a high end Casual dining restaurant. The Head Chef will be passionate about food with the ability to enhance the existing brand and menu offerings. The right candidate will be proactive, capable of leading and motivating a team of Chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a very established Venue

Responsibilities of the Head Chef Job:

• Oversee and ensure standards are maintained with meticulous attention to detail
• Create seasonal menus, implement and maintain high food quality standards by conducting regular inspections, tasting sessions, and providing guidance to the kitchen team.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
• Working knowledge of GP, labour cost, and roster creation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a team in a busy environment
• Full working knowledge of HACCP.
• Good standard and written & spoken English
• Eligible to work in Ireland
