Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure exceptional service standards.

• Create and develop seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across all services.

• Recruit, train, mentor and develop the kitchen brigade.

• Control food costs, labour budgets, GP margins and minimise waste.

• Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships and inventory control.

• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety and health & safety legislation.

• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence within the kitchen.

• Head Chef experience leading a busy, high-volume kitchen operation.

• Head Chef with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team.

• Head Chef with excellent knowledge of food costing, budgeting, GP margins and labour control.

• Head Chef experienced in menu planning, seasonal menu development and food innovation.

• Head Chef with a strong understanding of HACCP, food safety and health & safety legislation.

• Head Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Head Chef with excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
