We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join a successful and growing hospitality organisation based in Limerick, with operations nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced and people-focused environment. The role will have a particularly strong focus on Employee Relations, supporting managers and employees across a diverse workforce and multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR Manager who is comfortable managing a high volume of employee matters, providing practical HR guidance and ensuring best practice is consistently applied throughout the organisation.
HR Manager to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
HR Manager to take a lead role in Employee Relations, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, attendance and capability matters.
HR Manager to manage Employee Relations cases from initial issue through to resolution, ensuring fair and consistent processes.
HR Manager to advise managers on HR policies, procedures and current Irish employment legislation.
HR Manager to support managers in dealing with challenging and sensitive employee situations.
HR Manager to manage absence, attendance and performance management processes.
HR Manager to support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives.
HR Manager to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and consistently applied across the organisation.
HR Manager to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Manager to support training and development initiatives across the business.
HR Manager to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention and the overall employee experience.
HR Manager to work closely with senior management on ongoing HR requirements and workforce planning.
HR Manager to support HR projects and initiatives as the organisation continues to develop and grow nationwide.
Previous experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
Strong practical experience managing Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
Confident advising, supporting and influencing managers at all levels.
Comfortable working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with sensitive employee matters.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to HR.
Experience within hospitality, catering, retail, facilities or another high-volume people environment would be advantageous.
Relevant HR qualification; CIPD qualification or membership would be an advantage.
