Role: Internal Sales – Electrical Wholesale
Location: North Dublin
Salary: €35k – €40k
Role Requirements:
- Generate quotes for customers based on their specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle purchasing activities.
- Sourcing products, negotiating prices with suppliers, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Conduct phone sales to proactively reach out to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Manage the trade counter, assisting customers with enquiries, processing orders, and providing product information and technical advice.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in the electrical trade industry is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong skills in Microsoft office suite packages.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
