Role: Junior Warehouse Operative

Location: North Dublin – Own Transport Required

Salary: €28k – €33k

Here at Broadline Recruiters, we are seeking a hardworking and professional Warehouse Operative for a full-time permanent position. This role, based in North Dublin, is an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick sheets.
• Load and unload deliveries from lorries and vans.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming goods following warehouse procedures.
• Ensure all orders are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
• Carry out stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts – if trained).

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years warehouse or order picking experience.
• Good level of physical fitness – role involves lifting and being on your feet.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including possible weekends or shifts.
• Forklift license desirable.
• Own transport required.
