My client is looking for a People Lead to join a successful management structure. This property is known for its efficient and friendly team of staff. The People Lead will have a focus on helping grow the company to a national scale. The successful candidate will need the following requirements:

The Role Requirements:

• Lead the HR, People and Culture for the restaurants.
• Provide advice, coaching and guidance to the leadership team and support them in all areas of people management.
• Develop and lead Restaurants learning and development strategy.
• Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Management Cycle.
• Provide ongoing support to the restaurant teams ensuring delivery of a best-in-class on boarding program for all company new hires.
• Be the guardian of all employment policies and responsible for policy development and updating.
• Own the team recruitment, sentiment oversight and engagement programs.

• Be a strong and leading voice that helps our people grow and develop.
• Will collaborate with other leaders and leadership team to drive success across the entire organisation.
• Be disciplined in execution and reporting.

Salary Guide: €45-50k
