Role: Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €60k – €80k

Role Requirements:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate progress updates, milestones, and any potential risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to motivate and empower project teams.
• Implement and enforce best practices for construction management, including cost-saving measures and sustainable construction methods.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project manager or site supervisor in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead project teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure to overcome challenges during construction projects.
• Understanding of cost control and budget management principles to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
