Quality Analyst – Swords Area  

Our well established production facility is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst. Our client is looking for a candidate that has worked as a Quality Analyst and is looking to join their team and progress within the role. Progression and career opportunities available.

 This role is a full time temporary to permanent and it offers typically 40 hours a week. Candidates must have their own transport or live locally as the shifts would be 6am start.

Responsibilities:

• To maintain strict health and safety rules
• Ensure products were of high quality
• Recording and Reporting any defective products
• Ensuring truck drivers signed off each time they made deliveries.
• Ensuring the dates were valid on the products’ labels
• Recording the temperatures of the building in each different room containing products in the building.
• Quantity recording of products according to given spreadsheets
• Ensuring no defective products were present.
• Filing recorded quantity and quality of products.
• Checking Temperature of Freezers Daily. Checking Temperatures of Fridges Daily
• Replacing defective products with freezer stock
• Ensuring health and safety rules and regulations were being followed by fellow staff

Requirements:

• Experience in quality analyst / stock control
• Background in working withing the food companies would be an advantage
• Must be comfortable and efficient with recording spreadsheets, filling in documents
• Attention to detail is a must
• Great at time management
• Knowledge of health and safety and food procedures

Salary : €13ph starting rate – with a  room for progression
