Quality Control Inspector (Pharmaceutical)

Role: Quality Control Inspector

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €31k

Role Requirements:

• Checking of product quality.
• Provide support for production staff.
• Ensure Product Quality.
• Participate in audit duties in production areas and continuous improvement activities.
• Inspect product for compliance to customer and industry specifications, at different stages of the production process.
• Identify all areas of process or product non-conformity and bring to the immediate attention of production personnel.
• Liaise with Quality Management and Production to ensure work proceeds according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Maintain Quality records.
• Contribute to Root Cause Analysis exercises for any non-conformances found
• Deliver training of floor staff as it pertains to Quality Critical Procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Good knowledge of quality system requirements and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a quality control inspector or in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to quality control operations.
