We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to join a luxury 4-star hotel in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of the reservations department and play a vital role in maximising occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

As Reservations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth booking journey for every guest. You will manage and train the reservations team, liaise with sales and front office, and implement strategies to optimise room revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the reservations team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.

• Oversee and process room bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts.

• Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximise yield and revenue.

• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Handle guest queries and resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.

• Train and develop staff, driving a culture of excellence and service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or in a senior reservations role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in hotel reservations systems and Microsoft Office.

• A proactive approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
