About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Louth. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong Food and Beverage experience, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of hotel systems and standards.

Your Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet business demands.
• Monitor restaurant performance, sales, labour costs, and operating expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, private dining, and hotel functions.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel Food and Beverage management, ideally at Supervisor or assistant manager level.
• Luxury hotel or 4/5-star hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, administration and attention to detail.
• Strong organisation skills and a guest-focused approach.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
