About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager for a busy hospitality group in Dublin North. This role would suit a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience and the ability to support managers across multiple hospitality departments. Transport is essential for this position.

Your Responsibilities
As HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee relations, HR processes and people policies
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and training initiatives
• Advising managers on HR best practice and employment legislation
• Supporting performance management, investigations and disciplinaries
• Building strong relationships across hotel and hospitality teams

Requirements

• Previous HR management experience, ideally within hospitality or a similar fast-paced sector
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and departments
• Own transport is essential
