We are currently recruiting for a Meeting & Events Executive for our client, we are looking for a passionate person that is pro-active, driven and can develop excellent relationships with clients. This position will suit a person looking to take the next step in their career within meeting & events or a hotel front office person looking for a work life balance. 

The Candidate: 

• Responding to Meetings & Events enquiries and follow up in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication to all related departments regarding the Meetings & Events function within the property.
• Follow-up with guests and manage areas to improve the quality of the guest experience.
• Support the Sales team, follow up on all leads to maximise revenue.
• A proven track record in a similar role within a busy property.
• Be driven and ambitious to consistently deliver results.
• A forward thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
