Business Development Manager €60K Full Time NEW

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our client, we are looking for a driven and passionate manager with drive to grow the business and deliver long term commercial performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales. We are looking for a manager that has a proven track record within sales or business in the hospitality sector, work with existing clients to manage their requirements and develop new business and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Build, grow, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, proactively identifying new opportunities across sectors.
• Leverage your facilities and operational background to shape client-ready solutions that are both innovative and deliverable.
• Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with internal operations, and commercial teams to make sure our solutions are competitive.
• Bring new thinking to the professional services, corporate, events etc. 
• Strong working knowledge of the European, US, and overseas travel markets
