This is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to play a pivotal role in driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and leading a dynamic team in a standard-driven, luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow market share and meet revenue targets.

• Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional client engagement.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and event sectors.

• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility.

• Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to optimise pricing and distribution strategies.

• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions.

• Report on sales performance, forecasting, and promotional ROI.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.

• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and market analysis.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

• A self-starter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
