Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our prestigious 4-star hotel team. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively promote our hotel’s brand, services, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed budgeted targets.
  • Manage the sales team to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that enhance the hotel’s competitiveness.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and online reputation management.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and promote the hotel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
