Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our prestigious 4-star hotel team. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively promote our hotel’s brand, services, and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Manage the sales team to ensure high performance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the hotel’s market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that enhance the hotel’s competitiveness.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and online reputation management.
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build relationships and promote the hotel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Availability to travel for business purposes as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
