We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a luxury hotel in Wexford, renowned for its fine dining and commitment to culinary excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative chef to work in a refined environment with accommodation included as part of the package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations

• Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all dishes

• Support and lead kitchen team members during service

• Contribute to seasonal menu development and recipe testing

• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance at all times

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory and ordering processes

• Assist in training and development of junior staff

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a fine dining or luxury hotel setting

• Strong culinary skills and creative flair

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities

• Calm and efficient under pressure

• Food safety and HACCP certified

• Passionate about delivering high-quality food and guest satisfaction
