Role: Senior Trade Counter Sales

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €45k – €55k + Company Car

Role Requirements:

• Support the manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating staff activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Experience within the Electrical Trade is a necessity.
• Assist in the day to day running of the branch.
• Help develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and paperwork.
• Admin and Stock ordering.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience within the electrical trade is a necessity for this role.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Highly motivated with ability to use own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and detail oriented.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
