Join the team at one of Kildare’s most luxurious hotels, where excellence in guest experience is at the heart of everything we do. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our award-winning spa facility.

As Spa Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth, professional, and efficient delivery of spa services while driving team performance and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, reception, and thermal suite

• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional guest service

• Drive revenue growth through effective team management, retail sales, and treatment promotions

• Manage spa budgets, cost control, and performance KPIs

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all spa areas

• Recruit, schedule, and support the development of spa staff

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage stock ordering and inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a spa leadership role within a high-end or luxury setting

• Recognised Irish beauty or wellness qualifications (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)

• Strong team leadership and organisational abilities

• Experience managing spa software systems and reporting tools

• Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgeting and revenue targets

• A genuine passion for wellness and customer care
