Store person/ Warehouse Operative HSE- Dublin South

We are currently recruiting Store Persons for various roles within the HSE. These roles are ongoing temporary positions and offer a salary scale salary of €34,582 per year (€19.00 per hour based on 35 hours per week)

Professional Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries into the Stores Department and carry out all relevant checks as per standard operating procedures
• Deliver supplies to all areas of the hospital as required and put stock in locations on all Wards/ Departments
• Liaise with appropriate staff in relation to supplies and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues
• Stock control on SAP
• Adhere to training requirements as per HSE policies
• Maintain a high standard of professional behaviour and be accountable for their practice
• Be aware of ethical policies and procedures which pertain to their area of practice
• Respect and maintain the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of the patient

Requirements

• Good standard of education (minimum requirement of Junior/Intermediate Certificate)
• Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience is essential.
• Have recent experience of working in a warehouse/supplies department within the last 5 years.
• Experience using SAP would be an advantage
