Role: Team Lead – Warehouse

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €32k – €33k

Role Requirements:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations within the warehouse team.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to optimize performance and skillsets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and delegate effectively.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
