Role: Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €29k

Role Requirements:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely and efficiently move materials and products around the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, stack and store items in designated areas, and retrieve products for order fulfilment.
• Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and recording items as they are moved or stored.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as picking orders, packaging products, and general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Valid forklift operator certification and a demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification/license
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to safely and efficiently maneuver heavy loads and operate forklifts in tight spaces
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and storage of materials
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures
