At Broadline Recruiters we are currently seeking an experienced and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor to join a dynamic team based in Dublin.

Role Requirements:

• Physical strength, fitness and dexterity, as they often have to lift heavy packages or work at elevated heights as warehouse supervisor.
• Excellent team-leading skills to effectively collaborate with other members of a warehouse team and act as warehouse supervisor for team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of goods, that the warehouse supervisor is responsible for.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license and manual handling certification advantageous.

Candidate Requirements:

• Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain role as a warehouse supervisor.
• Ensure product handled safely and efficiently to minimise damage and delays.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with and supervise inventory counts and audits.
• Own Transport required
