Sales & Marketing Manager – 4* Hotel Dublin

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy for our Dublin-based hotel. This role is critical in driving revenue, building brand awareness, and fostering strong client relationships in a competitive hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• Manage key accounts and establish new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and digital sectors.

• Lead the marketing function, overseeing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

• Collaborate with hotel management to align marketing strategies with operational goals.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and revenue management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Salary Guide : €60-65k
