Chef de Partie – 4* Hotel Wexford

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at their 4-star hotel in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate chef to work in a dynamic, high-quality culinary environment and take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a specific section (e.g., grill, pastry, larder) and ensure smooth, efficient service

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard and in line with our hotel’s quality expectations

• Assist in the development of menus, incorporating seasonal and local produce

• Ensure consistent portion control and minimal waste

• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff, offering guidance and training

• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP compliant)

• Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Candidate:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food

• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary Guide: €36 – €38K
