About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Reservations Supervisor for a luxury hotel in Dublin City. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and organised hotel professional with strong reservations experience, excellent guest communication skills and a strong understanding of hotel systems and standards.

Your Responsibilities
As Reservations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily reservations enquiries by phone, email and online channels
• Supporting the reservations team with bookings, amendments and guest requests
• Ensuring all reservations are entered accurately on the hotel PMS
• Maximising revenue through upselling, availability checks and rate awareness
• Liaising with front office, revenue, sales and events teams
• Delivering excellent guest service in line with luxury hotel standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, ideally at Supervisor level
• Luxury hotel or 4/5-star hotel experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems and reservations procedures
• Excellent communication, administration and attention to detail
• Ability to manage guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Strong organisation skills and a guest-focused approach
