We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing function across multiple high-profile hospitality venues in Galway. This is a senior opportunity for a creative and commercially minded professional to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue across a diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and leisure outlets.

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, attract new business, and enhance guest loyalty. You will oversee digital and traditional campaigns, manage brand standards, and work closely with General Managers and the Sales teams to deliver innovative initiatives that support both local and group-level objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all venues.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.

• Oversee brand consistency and creative direction across multiple properties.

• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to support occupancy and revenue growth.

• Plan and manage budgets effectively, tracking ROI on campaigns.

• Build partnerships with media, PR agencies, and local stakeholders to increase visibility.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a small team to deliver high-impact marketing activity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager within the hospitality sector.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• A creative mindset with the ability to deliver results-driven strategies.
