About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Kildare. This role would suit a highly organised hospitality manager with strong events, weddings and conference operations experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Conference & Banqueting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily conference, banqueting, wedding and event operations
• Leading, training and motivating the C&B team
• Ensuring events are set up and delivered to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, kitchen, sales and hotel management teams
• Managing rosters, service standards, stock and event feedback

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Conference & Banqueting Manager or C&B Supervisor ready to progress
• Strong hotel events, weddings and banqueting experience
• Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage busy event schedules and multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and guest service standards
