About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a busy 4-star hotel in Wexford. This is a senior kitchen leadership role suited to a strong chef who can manage quality, consistency, team performance and commercial kitchen controls.

Your Responsibilities
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all kitchen operations across the hotel
• Managing food quality, menus, presentation and service consistency
• Training, developing and motivating the kitchen team
• Managing GP, stock, ordering, wastage and supplier relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Chef in a hotel or high-volume hospitality property
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Excellent food cost, GP and kitchen management knowledge
• Ability to manage banqueting, restaurant and busy service operations
• Strong standards, organisation and communication skills
