About the Company

Our Client is currently looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef who will direct all kitchen operations, combining culinary creativity with strategic management, elevate their teams, and drive outstanding performance while continuing to grow professionally. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee kitchen operations for the hotel.
• Menu development.
• Guide and develop talented and motivated culinary teams.
• Manage the purchase, delivery and storage of food supplies.
• Contribute significantly to the success of conference and events services.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Oversee the kitchen budget to meet established targets.
• Maintain excellent standards of quality.

What You Will Need:

• Experience as an Executive or head chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• Qualification in culinary arts or similar is desired.
• People leadership and development experience.
• Proficiency in English and a strong communicator; comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
• Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
• Passion for food, quality, and team development.
