We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer focused Duty Manager in a prestigious hotel in the West of Ireland. As Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and maintaining high standards of customer service. It is a challenging and dynamic role and involves supporting many departments throughout the hotel.   This role is suitable for an individual who thrives in a multi-tasking environment, has the ability to motivate and support the team, with a keen eye for detail. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic hotel, working closely with management to ensure smooth running operations

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in similar setting
• 3^rd level Qualification in Hotel Management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Responsible for service delivery & standards throughout the hotel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage
• Operational training is carried out on a regular basis
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
