Concrete Frames Site Manager Full Time NEW

Our client, a leading construction contractor is seeking an 2 x experienced Concrete Frames Supervisors to take ownership of reinforced concrete works across major projects in Dublin North & South.

The Role

• Responsibility for delivery of all reinforced concrete works (foundations, columns, slabs, cores)
• Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to achieve programme, quality, and productivity targets
• Monitor progress against programme, resolving sequencing and delivery challenges
• Drive health & safety standards on site, ensuring full compliance with procedures and regulations
• Work closely with engineers and site management to ensure technical accuracy and buildability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman/Supervisor on large RC frame construction projects
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, steel fixing, and concrete placement techniques
• Experience delivering multi-storey reinforced concrete structures
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-output site environment
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and site health & safety requirements.
