We are recruiting an experienced breakfast chef to join the kitchen team in a luxurious hotel in Co Clare. The Ideal candidate must have experience in a similar environment and have a flair for food appearance and taste.

Role:

• To ensure smooth running of the food service
• To ensure all specific requests are met
• To work in an organised manner
• To prepare all ingredients for service for allocated station to required standard
• Ensure all goods are stored correctly in accordance with HACCP

• Excellent leadership and effective time management
• Flexibility to work schedule
• Must have Valid work permit
