We are recruiting an experienced Mixologist to join the bar team at a luxury hotel in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and creative bartender with strong cocktail knowledge, premium service experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality drinks, support the smooth running of the bar, and work closely with the food and beverage team to maintain excellent service standards across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to hotel guests and visitors
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, garnishes, and cocktail trendsAssist with seasonal cocktail ideas, menu suggestions, and drinks presentation
• Keep the bar clean, organised, fully stocked, and ready for service
• Support stock control, stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction procedures
• Follow all cash handling, opening, closing, and health and safety procedures
• Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
• Support private events, functions, and hotel service as required
• Work as part of the wider food and beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Cocktail Bartender, or Senior Bartender
• Experience in a luxury hotel, cocktail bar, or high-end hospitality venue is desirable
• Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of premium spirits
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy bar environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required
