Executive House Keeper €44k Full Time NEW

We are currently recruiting for an Executive House Keeper for our client, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to lead their housekeeping operations and ensure the highest level of standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping staff, manage daily operations and implement quality control procedures in line with with company standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, train and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards. 
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance, front office, and other departments to address guest requests and operational needs.
• Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment.
• Monitor departmental budgets and control operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning methods, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
