As Deputy General Manager (DGM) you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering strategic objectives, and ensuring the efficient performance of the organization or business unit. Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead, motivate, and develop managers and employees.
