About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager for a premium restaurant in Dublin South. This role would suit a hands-on bar professional with strong cocktail, wine, service and team management experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily bar operations and service standards
• Leading, training and motivating the bar team
• Delivering excellent guest service in a premium restaurant setting
• Managing stock control, ordering, wastage and supplier relationships
• Supporting cocktail, wine and beverage menu development

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Bar Manager
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and premium service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage busy service and maintain high standards
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
