The Spa Therapist will ensure the highest standards of customer care, treatment delivery, hygiene, and product knowledge while promoting the spa’s services and retail products.
The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of professional face and body treatments, massages, and beauty therapies to the highest standard.
The Spa Therapist will provide personalised consultations to identify guests’ treatment needs and recommend appropriate therapies.
The Spa Therapist will ensure all treatments are delivered safely, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures.
The Spa Therapist will maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
The Spa Therapist will promote and sell spa products, memberships, and additional treatments to maximise revenue.
The Spa Therapist will ensure all client records, consultation forms, and treatment notes are completed accurately and confidentially.
The Spa Therapist will manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure treatments begin and finish on time.
The Spa Therapist will maintain an excellent knowledge of all spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness services.
The Spa Therapist will ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, hygiene standards, and company policies.
The Spa Therapist will assist in maintaining stock levels of treatment products, linens, and retail items.
The Spa Therapist will respond professionally to guest enquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
The Spa Therapist will work closely with the Spa Manager and wider hotel team to support the smooth operation of the spa.
The Spa Therapist will ensure all equipment is maintained and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly.
The Spa Therapist will contribute to promotional activities and seasonal spa packages where required.
The Spa Therapist will maintain a professional appearance and represent the spa and hotel to the highest standard at all times.
Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy, or Spa Therapy (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, VTCT, or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or Massage Therapist.
Excellent knowledge of face and body treatments, massage techniques, and skincare.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and caring approach.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
Experience working within a hotel spa or luxury spa environment.
Knowledge of premium skincare brands and spa products.
Additional qualifications in specialised massage techniques or holistic therapies.
Experience achieving retail sales and treatment targets.
