About the Role
Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Bar General Manager for a busy and high-profile venue in Dublin City. This role would suit a commercially focused hospitality leader with strong bar, people management and operational experience.

Your Responsibilities
As Bar General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full venue operations, standards and team performance
• Driving sales, profitability, service quality and guest satisfaction
• Managing budgets, labour costs, stock control and financial targets
• Leading recruitment, training, development and succession planning
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety and operational standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Bar General Manager or senior venue manager
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
• Excellent people leadership and operational management experience
• Strong knowledge of bar, beverage and high-volume service operations
• Ability to lead standards in a fast-paced Dublin City venue
