Warehouse Operative

Our Warehouse & Logistics client based in Dublin 24 are seeking an experience Warehouse Operative to join their growing team. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role Requirements:

• The Warehouse Operative will pick customer orders using pick lists, handheld scanners, or voice-picking systems.
• Pack and label orders for dispatch.
• Serve customers at the trade counter, preparing quotations and taking payments.
• Operate pallet trucks and other manual handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload deliveries as required.
• Check orders for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Replenish stock in picking locations.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
• Adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Warehouse Operative will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience utilising WMS.
• Counterbalance forklift license is desirable.
• Previous experience operating a trade counter is desirable.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Hours 39 hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary €30k DOE
