Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €40k

Role Requirements:

• Supervise and organise the daily activities of the Warehouse to meet the company standard of customer service.
• Manage the Warehouse Picking Team.
• Prioritise workloads and delegate effectively .
• Ensure stock is available in all pick faces .
• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure stock counts are accurate in both internal systems.
• Inbound deliveries are put away within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure daily picking targets are achieved.
• Oversee our returns/damages process ensuring it is adhered to in a seamless and timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with all 3rd party partners and ensure timely and clear communications with suppliers.
• Support any investigations related to stock queries .
• Ad hoc Warehouse related duties which may arise from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

• Self-starter capable of working on his/her own initiative, with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic and pressurised environment.
• Be customer focused
• Be committed to and have a keen interest in Health & Safety
• Ability to lead and to manage staff effectively.
• Experience of Goods In
• Good supervisory experience including training and motivating a team
• Good level of I.T. Competence, with working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System.
