Account Manager – Integrated Facilities Management Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead integrated facilities management services across a multi-site client portfolio in Ireland.
The role combines technical leadership, commercial responsibility and senior client management across hard FM, engineering, maintenance and soft services.
You will lead high-performing teams, drive compliance and operational excellence, and identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
Experience within life sciences or a highly regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Manager will lead integrated FM, engineering, maintenance and soft services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Account Manager will manage senior client relationships and act as the primary operational contact.
• Account Manager will manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control and commercial performance.
• Account Manager will ensure compliance with statutory, H&S, engineering and contractual requirements.
• Account Manager will monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving service improvement and operational excellence.
• Account Manager will lead, coach and develop technical and operational teams.
• Account Manager will oversee maintenance, asset management and lifecycle planning.
• Account Manager will support mobilisations, projects, service transitions and innovation initiatives.
• Account Manager will identify opportunities for service enhancement, contract retention and account growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience in Account or Contract Management within FM, technical services or engineering.
• Proven experience managing multi-site FM contracts and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of hard FM, engineering, maintenance and asset management.
• Strong commercial experience including P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven senior client and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Life sciences or highly regulated industry experience is desirable.
