Assistant Wedding Manager – Luxury Hotel | €35k–€38k

We’re hiring an Assistant Wedding Manager for a renowned luxury hotel, ideal for a passionate wedding or events professional ready to step up in a high-end environment.

This role is all about creating unforgettable wedding experiences — from first enquiry to the last dance — while supporting the Wedding Manager in delivering flawless, five-star events.

What you’ll do:

• Be a key contact for wedding couples, guiding them through their planning journey

• Support the coordination and on-the-day delivery of luxury weddings

• Conduct wedding show-arounds, tastings, and consultations

• Work closely with Banqueting, Kitchen, Front Office & Sales teams

• Ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in weddings, banqueting, or events (hotel or premium venue)

• A confident, polished communicator with strong sales and relationship skills

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure

• Flexible to work weekends and peak wedding periods
