A prestigious 4-star hotel in County Meath is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee all night operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and guest-focused professional with a strong background in hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the smooth running of the hotel during night hours

• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff

• Complete night audits, reporting, and handovers to day teams

• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests

• Conduct regular property checks and address any issues promptly

• Lead the night team, maintaining excellent service standards

• Respond effectively to emergencies and follow procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Night Supervisor in a hotel

• Proficiency in Opera/Fidelio or similar front office systems

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• Calm under pressure with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Good understanding of hotel operations and service standards

• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
