We are recruiting skilled Chef de Partie professionals for a luxury venue in Waterford. If you are a creative and dedicated chef looking to advance your career in an exceptional kitchen environment, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across various outlets

• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all dishes

• Lead and guide junior kitchen staff during service

• Assist with seasonal menu planning and recipe development

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

• Participate in training and development of the kitchen team

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in hotel kitchens

• Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail

• Effective leadership and communication abilities

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Food Safety and HACCP certified

• Passionate about delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
