Location: Luxury 4-Star Property, Co. Meath

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservations team across multiple properties. The Cluster Reservations Supervisor will ensure efficient handling of bookings and provide exceptional service to guests and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the reservations team and ensure service standards are met.

  • Manage group bookings and negotiate rates where necessary.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management.

  • Assist in training and development of team members.
