Deputy General Manager Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team at a bustling 4-star hotel. This role has a strong focus on Food and Beverage operations, making it an ideal opportunity for a passionate and driven hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Salary: €70k – €80k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure exceptional guest service across all outlets.

• Monitor operational performance, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve departmental goals.

• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver outstanding service.

• Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.

• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
