A bustling 4-star hotel in Dublin City is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager with a strong focus on Food & Beverage operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure outstanding guest service and operational excellence

• Monitor performance, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet departmental goals

• Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to achieve high service standards

• Support planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior management experience in food and beverage within a hotel environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on management style

• Solid financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and team development
