Duty Manager – Boutique Hotel in Dublin City Centre

My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Duty Manager to join a busy Hotel in Dublin City Centre. The role will require the effective and efficient management of Hotel business and assisting in coordinating all day to day Front of House activities in the Hotel. The successful candidate will need the following requirements:

The Role Requirements

  • Must have good leadership skills.
  • Develop and coach new and existing staff.
  • Be customer and service focused.
  • Assist Management in the daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel
  • Assist The Management in reaching company Targets.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year in similar role.
  • A hands-on Duty Manager.

The Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum one years in a similar role or currently be a F&B supervisor looking to step up.
  • Have previous experience looking after and leading a team.
  • Duty Manager must be very well presented.
  • Must have the ability to multitask when required.
  • Be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a motivated individual and capable to motivate the junior members of the team.
  • Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel


Salary Guide: €35-38k
